A Full Awe In The Nest

Was quite a lazy day.. Apparently , being Sunday and the feeling of coming Monday, this had to be.
I thought I would not be able to make it today to write. Afterall, why should I write? I am not an AMITABH BACHCHAN or any legend that people would be waiting for my writes. But the feeling was defunct after the whole day’s experience. It’s over 12 in the night AND the date is in middle of 15/16th November.. Ahahh! Feling of gd nyt is coming thru.
I thought of the title with an argument with my friend that birds are building their nest outside my window. That I have been trying to dismantle the birds’ effort not to do so as they have been spreading dirt and everytime they laid eggs, a crow came and ate the eggs. But he kept on maintaining that it’s not gd to destroy somebody’s home. After a continuous discussion I realized that it’s over 2 months on the birds’ efforts VS my torture to them. I further observed that after the series of dismantling they have designed their nest in a method that it has now come to a very shielding position. They have taken the shelter of few boxes and built it in such a manner that the nest is hardly visible… As if the call was coming ..Come on Mann, Wht next?
It was very palpable that they learned through their experiences. Their experience had compounded with the AWE and they were in such a situation that one will have to THINK what can the permanent solution be for these birds.
They have learnt thru their adversities to innovate & cope with difficulties.
Sachin Tendulkar has completed his 20 yrs and the news channels are rich with his related details. In reality, this man has faced umpteen wrong decisions against him during the play. He was never dismayed by them, rather, prepared for the next match learning through his past. Zipp Zapp Zzoom.. He is still playing!!!
Number of film stars too come to a HIT one after a series of flops. Nevertheless, their had been parallel thinking and actions against the previous performance. Likewise happens in management too where you impose decisions and don’t act on parallel feedbacks, the survival of the organization suffers & feeling of sustainability diminishes.
take parallel measures, Similarly, management too implements decision which fail to encourage the feeling of sustainability among the employees.
Brain is storming and finds that Swani Vivekananda gave a concept of self growth .. “CHARAIVETI CHARAEVETI” Keep Yourself Active.. Assess urself.. Think in which area you would like to grow..Plan .. Act .. And Grow with others.
When it came to the instance of these birds, I found the aforementioned dialogues were being practiced by them. And if they can do.. yessss! Why can’t we?
Ending with the thanking note to everyone who gave me the difficult moments whether in form of any avoidance/adversity/fakeness.. These all will organize me for future.
